Nau mai haere mai, welcome to the Wairewa Southern Bays Homestay. Located on Te Pataka o Rakaihautū (Banks Peninsula) nestled between Te Oka BayRoad and Magnet Bay Road, accessible from Bossu Road on the southern side of the summit ridge.
The Wairewa Homestay is managed by Te Kete o Wairewa and lies within the takiwā of Wairewa Rūnanga. The whenua that the homestay sits on represents a tapestry of natural regeneration and cultural heritage, embodying the land’s past and its enduring connection to Wairewa Rūnanga.
